Mobile phone battery and data run out quickly, isn't there a sign that your phone has been hacked

Mobile phone battery and data run out quickly, isn't there a sign that your phone has been hacked

Can your phone run out of battery quickly? Is your phone data too fast?

If you use the phone excessively, it may be time to change your data plan, but if not, a hacker may be using your phone.

When your phone's security is compromised, data related to your identity and privacy may be leaked.

Recently, the method of hacking the phone has changed and now it is difficult to arrest the hacker.

But with some precautions, you can secure your phone.

How to find out if your phone has been hacked?

If your phone is consuming too much data, this could be a sign of hacking.

Norton, a US computer security company, says: "There are a number of reasons why data is so expensive, such as overuse of applications. But if you are using your phone as before, but the data is being spent too much, you need to do some research. '

According to Norton, you should also pay attention to how much the battery is costing. If you haven't changed your way of using your phone but the battery is discharging soon, your phone may be hacked.

Kaspersky, another computer security company, says hackers have all the power to process hacked phones. So your phone may be slow. Sometimes the phone may stop working or restart suddenly. '

Both Kaspersky and Norton suggest that companies keep track of their phone's activity.

There may be some apps on the phone that you may not have installed or some phone calls that you may not remember. According to Kaspersky, keep an eye on your email and social media accounts to see if you are receiving frequent password changes or notifications about different locations where you have not been.

How to secure the phone?

Your phone can be hacked in many different ways. You need to be careful when downloading applications, some may contain viruses. You must download the application from Google or Apple Store.

"If you get an email or message from someone you don't know, don't click on any of the links in the message, it could contain malware," Norton said.

Computer security company McPhee says, ‘It is easy for hackers to hack your phone with the help of Bluetooth or WiFi. So when it is not needed, turn it off. '

According to Kaspersky, always keep your phone with you. Don't save passwords on your device and keep the app updated all the time.

What to do after a phone hack?

Even with caution, your phone is likely to be hacked. In this case, according to Norton, first of all, save the number of the person on the phone, inform them that the phone has been hacked, and tell them not to click any link sent from your number.

Then remove any apps you suspect. It is also advisable to have anti-virus software on the phone so that it can identify and report the virus in a timely manner. Resetting the phone is also a solution but it also runs the risk of losing data.

And finally, you have to change everyone's password. There is a risk of password leaks in case of an attack on the phone.
